BOOKING AND PAYMENT
A booking is considered firm after receiving full payment via our website booking engine and Pollinator is in receipt of the Hirer’s public liability certificate and the completion of Pollinator's online Studio Hire Agreement form.
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION
Note that bookings can be re-scheduled prior to 2 days (48+ hours) of the original booking slot.
When booking the studio please be aware that, should you decide to not go ahead, there is a Cancellation Fee.
- Cancellation prior to 7 days of the booking will receive a FULL REFUND.
- Cancellation within 7 but no later than 2 days (48 hours) prior to booking receives a 50% REFUND.
- Cancellation less than 2 days (48 hours) prior to hire receives NO REFUND.
SETUP AND TAKE-DOWN TIME
To avoid overtime charges, the Hirer must include setup and take-down time within the hours booked.
Each additional hour or part thereof will be considered overtime and will be charged for in hourly blocks. Check our booking engine for current hourly rates.
The Hirer must ensure that all persons entering the studio for the purposes of the photography, and who under the age of 18, have their parents’ or guardians' permission. All minors present in the studio must be supervised at all times.
KITCHEN AND EQUIPMENT
Towards the end of the hire time, all equipment must be cleaned and the studio reset.
This includes the kitchen if used. Ensure that the stove and oven are safely turned off.
If the coffee machine is hired in addition to the studio hire, a qualified Barista must be the only operator. The machine must be correctly cleaned and turned off.
Studio bins must be emptied into the council or recycling bins located outside the side entrance near the gas bottles.
The studio must be left exactly as it is found. Should a cleaner be required to reset the studio as a result of the hire, the full cost of this will be billed to the Hirer.
LOSS AND DAMAGES
The Hirer agrees to pay all costs and expenses incurred as a result of loss or damage during the hire to property, equipment and fit-out of the studio.
The Hirer accepts full responsibility for any damages arising from the Hirer’s use of Pollinator’s studio premises, including but not limited to, personal injury and equipment damage.
The Hirer will be liable for any loss, breakage or damage caused to the studio’s equipment, fixtures, fittings and will be charged the full replacement cost of these items.
Nadine Shaw and Pollinator do not accept any liability for any loss or damage to the equipment or personal effects of the Hirer or the Hirer’s associates. The Hirer must ensure that their own public liability insurance is operative for all persons in the studio during the hours of use, to cover any accident, injury or death.
A copy of the Hirer’s Public Liability Certificate is required to be delivered to Pollinator, along with completion of our online Studio Hire Agreement Form, prior to the hire day.
